Made a little progress with the tent yesterday....Lights and exhaust are in....Almost ready for some plants. Today, whether it kills me or not!!

I forgot I lose a little ceiling height

I got bad gums from my father so it was kind of unavoidable. Learning how to drink with the dentures in is interesting. I'm a little sore but no more bleeding at least.

Looking fresh, brother!

They put me under at the oral surgeons. Made me bring a driver and warned me about how woozy I'd be when I woke up. They brought me out of sedation and I overly exaggerated myself tripping out of the chair as a joke. They had 0 sense of humor about it. And lectured me about concussions and how serious it was. Fucking sticks in the mud ass doctors.

I feel like it’s good to just be done with the dental work. Good to have them in and start the healing process.

I get so worked up in my head about the dentist, then it’s just such a relief when it’s all over

Health care in general gets my blood boiling. Why the fuck are teeth and eyes any different from the rest of your body? Arguably two of the most important aspects of health and ease and access is muddled at best. /endrant

Mine would get loose so I would make a noose out of dental floss, one quick yank and they came out. I only had 2 of the ones they pulled yesterday put up a fight.

I have never been. And really never had much desire to go. Other than saying I've been. NYC is the same way. Think I would like NO more though. Some of your pics are cool though.

I went for a mtg tournament Stayed in this shitty Air bnb and spent most of my time walking through cemeteries, and walking around shoving fried things into my mouth, when I wasn't casting spells like a nerd. We did a few bourbon tastings...

My parents love it. But margaritas and pissing and puking in alleys is their scene. Kinda a big reason I don't drink. Often.

Had some kid get in the road when I was stopped at a light with a spray bottle and some rags to "wash my windshield" for some money when we were there. I guess he was doing what he could but I wasn't happy about it.

There are some neat parts of the city. I’ve just never been big into super touristy activities.

And mostly it was a work trip for my gf, so in the evening we were at the mercy of where her co workers wanted to go.

I rented bikes 3 of the days I was here though and gave myself a city tour. It’s got a few nice spots, and a bunch of cool city parks with history, lol

I remember my friends little bother at about age 15 had all 4 removed before getting braces and I took care of him afterwards...He was hurting for a few days. They did give him Percoset though.

Nope I was awake for the whole thing. My bottom were impacted, one had to be broken and removed in pieces.

Yeah, my mom was an alcoholic my whole childhood and into adulthood. In fact, it wasn’t till I told her that I don’t want her being drunk around my daughter, and I won’t allow it, that she stopped drinking. Like 2ish years ago, lol

Also why I’m not big on drinking I think.

I have had 2 wisdom teeth pulled by a dentist. Oral surgeon wanted $1,000, or the dentist was $100. It wasn't nearly as bad as I expected....But I wouldn't want to do 6 at once!!

I did 6 at once! Bone graft and post put in. Took almost a year to get them all back in. I'm going to a Brazilian steakhouse tonight!

The best restaurant I've ever been in my life is a Brazilian Steakhouse called Fogo de Chao. Was my mate's birthday. We all got this thing called the CHURRASCO EXPERIENCE. Endless signature meat table service. It was fucking amazing. I honestly think about it everyday lol.
