Are you welding or operating machinery? Your posts thus far have been about welding and you've told us you've welded without safety glasses and you don't wear protective footwear. OSHA is a smorgasbord of regulations, you can't cherry pick the ones you like.

You can still get sunburned with safety glasses on ;)

But yeah at home I've even welded in my Tevas

You don't know my daily tasks. Some days I sit at a computer....

Well I really didn't expect to get all my weedeater work done today, but I did! Ha, I still got it :hump:

I wish!

Next up, loading the truck for a dump run tomorrow.

Hoping if I keep busy ALL day, and don't nap, maybe I can sleep better. Fitbit said I slept 5 hours, 9 minutes last night and gave me a "poor" sleep rating....yeah, no shit. I think it was more like 4 hours and I laid real still the rest.

I was always terrible about protective footwear....Sneakers for the win.

When I was young I heard a story about a guy who got crushed even worse with steel toe shoes on. Might not have even been true, but that was my excused to go for comfort.

Some guy my step dad fired turned him into OSHA...He had a gazillion violations in his woodworking shop, which he had to correct. Shit as a kid I regularly and repeatedly dipped my hands into a big vat of wood stain thinned with leaded gas, NO gloves. In and out, over and over staining products....I had to have lead poisoning off the charts as a teenager. They had gloves but I had skinny kid hands and they didn't fit, so bare handed it was....Burnt Siena, by the 5 gallon pails.
