I feel your pain I was 5`11and 3/4 and now 5`10 and shrinking all legs and arms lolHug the stuggle is real im a 6 foot flywieght.
I wear my winter coat well into april sometimes may. Have to bring a sweater to resturants and grocery stores all year.
If i go more then 5hrs without a meal i crash like a ton of bricks.
All prepaired food is a temtation to impulse purchase.
The general public have been brainwashed into thinking we are "blessed" so we get no form of empathy or consideration

260 is LEAN for you? How tall are you, jesus mfing christ.I range between 270-300 depending on season, back pain levels and how many goodies my wife makes. I should be around 260 which is pretty lean for me.
