I was pretty well hooked on Spinney Spins back in the last wave ... and am more so now after seeing LG's vids above. I just haven't ordered one yet because my girls are still ~2 months away from chop.
I'm in that position with a Cannatrol. I keep telling myself to build one of @Hook Daddy 's that I can do eeet! But a lil' birdie keeps whispering in my ear to just get the Cannatrol

Wait, that's not a bird, that's @Laughing Grass !

Same here....Except now I am just weeks away so I best get shopping. Leaning toward the bowl trimmer, but I am lazy and flipping the switch would be nice!

If anyone sees a killer deal, let me know...

I just listened to a podcast with the founder of Cannatrol again and he said that it can dry/cure 7-8 oz of dry flower. That just doesn't seem like enough to justify the sticker price to me. @Laughing Grass do you have a cannatrol? How flower will it dry/cure? Is the 7-8 dry oz accurate?

I let it spin for about four minutes and I can fit about 1/2 a plant at a time. So 8 minutes per plant times 9 plants would be 72 minutes of hand cracking… f that!
OK....gonna need that link again. I hate when you are always right! :p

Did you see I just ordered 2 gallon plastic pots? :-D

Next up, some plant maintenance, starting with upping my EC dramatically. Learned something new today!! :dunce: Or I could pay some bills....ugh!

I will be using my trimmer later today. I have the LG model and my only criticism is it lacks a lid and some kif gets airborne during the operation. When I swept my floor after finishing there was a sad harvest of very potentized dog hair. ,

no I don’t have one. I use a drying rack. 7-8 oz seeds really small. I figure I have between 1.5-2lbs lol

Paypal is so great about refunds....I had ordered plastic pots from a small company recently....Never got a confirmation, a week went by, nothing, I emailed them and still got no response....So I contacted PayPal, and had a refund within minutes. It was only $20, but They didn't even contact the seller or anything. Maybe they have a bad rep, IDK.

I wasn't happy with my bowl trimmer at first. After some tweaking and metal manipulation it works pretty good. Good enough to not want to hand trim all of it. I still like a bunch with a nice hand trim though.
This seems to be the answer for me. I don't mind tinkering at all. I will be keeping an eye out on Amazon Vine for a freebie. Haha. What kind of bowl trimmer do you have?
