Oh I did go to WalMart last night and used the Dr. Scholls machine, and I wound up buying 2 different types of inserts.

And then I did buy a cheap refurbished desktop computer from Dell at 50% off! Cheaper than upgrading my old one!! I also got a new laptop a few months ago with a backlit keyboard and it is a game changer!!

They are the gateway to expensive orthotics. If you get some relief it might be worth it to buy the next step up. If you get zero relief after trying a couple styles then you wouldn't really notice much difference with a higher end orthotic. But once someone who would benefit from the higher end started to 'feel' the value it was easier to part with the cash. I really hope they help because they are far less invasive than the surgical cure.

BTW my nap would like a word. It would like to inform you it considers itself "THE MOST" productive part of my day. I may or may not agree but hell my nap has standing here and that's what it felt needed to be said.

Yup, I have a 50 foot one for the main drain but it doesn't work in that situation.
