Yesterday was a long day but the funeral was really nice. Probably the nicest I was ever at. They did military honors at the cometary and had about 20 vets there for that, along with a bagpiper, and the weather was sunny and perfect. The service was super long but in a gorgeous church. And I did squeeze into my dress pants! :lol:

I am so pissed. I went to pick up my meds at Rite Aid yesterday, and the pharmacist gave me this big excuse about how they can't get my meds because they are out of stock. Told me to go to a different pharmacy.

Soooo, I just had a feeling she was lying, did a quick internet search, and yep, Rite Aid is in serious trouble! Not sure why she was lying to me!! I have been getting pain meds their for years, and my scripts are totally legit, from a pain management dr., who lab drug tests me every single month, to make sure I am taking what he prescribes and nothing else.

Another morning, another day on the phone to my bank and Apple, trying to get their clocks synchronized enough that I can pay for this new computer and get back to work. Banks really don't want to let you take your money these days. I thought putting a down payment on my wife's car in 2016 was difficult, this is for half that amount and three times the pain. *sigh.

Neighbor called and asked if my wife could water her food garden, wife sent me over saying, "He's the one who talks to plants." Heh. So I watered her cute little garden in the back yard. She's not doing too badly for literally growing outdoor in the armpit of hell. Then I watered my dying lawn to hopefully get the bug-kill activated, I have no allusions my lawn will ever be anything but global warming brown, I'm just sick of living on an ant hill.

High of 83°F today, currently 67°F, 65%rh and rising on both.

That's why I left CVS, first they couldn't get me 1 valium for a surgery I was having in 2019, then again in 2020 they wouldn't sell me percocet for after a surgery. I call them the antibiotics store, it's basically all they'll sell.

Three years ago today Ontario closed schools and non essential businesses for "two weeks" LOL. My partner went back to work on July 16th and we again went into lockdown on September 16th. They were allowed to reopen the gym on Nov 14th and we went back into lockdown on December 26th. That was a fun year

alright who ordered winter back in texas....sheesh.....yesterday 83F today 50F, well at least we got some rain out of the deal.....gonna be in the upper 40 to low 50's for a couple of days......
