This might be everywhere now but the home depots around here keep it locked up and then when you get rung up for the stuff the system asks the cashier if the customer is old enough. I ask them everytime after that, am I old enough to huff the stuff?

Years ago a taper buddy told me about some similar stuff he uses for cracks like that and just recently seen this product on the shelf at a lowes. I would def use actual taping mud or add some more glue to some all purpose to embed

They do, but I have had at least 8 now in that shoulder. According to my pain doc, they now say to keep using the steroid until it's no longer effective, then have the replacement. This might be for shoulders only....They don't really have shoulder replacements down pat like hips and knees....and I am tired of being a Guinea pig!!Ah man!
Do they still only recommend 3 shots max in one spot? I got 2 in my right elbow one in the other and 2 on the top of my right hand(hurt the most by far) I would have kept getting more but i pretty much just gave up
