Maaaannnnn, you just made me regret passing on a free drink smoker (like for making smoked cocktails) on the Amazon Vine program the other day. It said you can cold smoke cheese with it. I didn't even think about string cheese.

I'm down for a pickle and preserve party! Now I know they're controversial, but pickled eggs? I like them, but not too sweet.
