One of my biggest surprises here was when I decided to nix some old aluminum sliding windows in the living room and install newer, more energy efficient windows. The prior owners had added a fireplace chase/chimney to the wall...poorly...and it must have leaked forever. When I tore into it I found that the upper sill board and headers...and 1/2 the studs...were rotted to the point of being like balsa wood. So...what was gonna be window replacement ended up being an entire wall replacement/header....and cus I had it all torn to Hell...I just went nuts and now we can see out....LOL.

I'm about 5 years behind you. It will be a sad day when I take the cabinets apart. A sad day indeed
At this point, as much as I love my plants, I hate being in the closet. I'm so ready to come out to a grow room. Between the fact I have to kill the fans to record anything and the rest the time I'm surrounded by fan sounds while working otherwise. I'll be more than happy tearing it down and putting my lights in boxes for a move.

Where we are going has a 6 plant per person law, sorta loophole, wife will get her card and I plan to have a minimum of 4sq ft per flowering plant preferably 9, and a fully separated veg/clone room. No more sitting on the flloor mixing nutes between a futon and a wall. 13 years growing in 6sq feet of flower space, I'm officially over it. There will be no sadness pulling the electrical and air out of the closet at all. Maybe tears of joy, but I need a new place to grow.

I could definitely see the smile on my face in your circumstance then. I have 1/2 a basement, and most of the spare bedroom. I have plans for a pincer maneuver to acquisition the rest of the territory. As long as nobody pulls a Riker maneuver, I should be golden. Pressed Latium for all!

What's one of your favorite songs to play? I'm expanding my library. I think I forgotten more songs than I know rn
Thanks. I like to play classic rock, Americana, country, indie type stuff. I play in a mostly acoustic trio, twice a month or so at local bars and events. Fun stuff, just about all covers. I could pm you a recent setlist if you’re interested. We typically play 40 songs or so during a three hour gig. I need an iPad to help remember words, lol

I'd love to see it! I play acoustic too. Never played with anyone else, let alone a drummer. I can jam to the radio though. I thought I would suck forever, turns out I just didn't dedicate myself enough to it. Way more fun now, it was more of a struggle before. 26 years it took to get decent lol. Can't imagine what it would have been like to be mediocre out of the chute

Defintely, lol. I can play a load of dead songs. The bass player doesn’t love them as much as me or the other guitar player, but we usually play three to five dead tunes (or dead associated tunes) during a gig. Sort of depends on the crowd too. But yeah, most definitely. I’m mainly a rhythm player though. I’m not whipping out Jerry licks.
