Ahem. I want to thank all members of this congregation who came out to celebrate this highest of holy holidays this morning. I know we are eager to move forward with the day's festivities, but we would do ourselves a disservice to ignore the significance of today.

I just got back from the dispensary. I scored, it's 4/20 and they had some great deals. Got a t shirt and an eighth of skunk for free. BOGO on almost everything in the store. I stocked up on 5 dollar edibles and they had 10 dollar eighths. My stash was getting low and what better time to stock up until harvest. Illegal smile time, If you need me I'll call you.

HAPPY 4/20/2025 RIU

I nearly killed my plants.
I knew they were getting a little dry but I went and played golf anyway. When I got back they were bone dry and wilting. this morning I have a bunch of yellow fan leaves, hard to believe after missing what amounts to one watering.
So we have found the Achilles heel of small pots. They need to be watered frequently.
It appears I have let my alligator mouth override my hummingbird ass. I have what appears to be another month of daily watering. On 16 plants. Which means pulling out half of them to water the ones in back, Mrs Laddy is not amused.

Thats why I did my first and last SoG, hand watering small containers constantly was a pain.
Even that many drippers would be a chore to keep clean. I can see why ebb and flow is common on those grows.

High my old friends ! It’s sure has been awhile but I’m still rolling .

Hell, yeah. When I did a perpetual sog I had 88 plants that needed to be watered every other day. If they weren't in ebb&flow trays, there is no way I coulda kept up with it.

I thought about that, I need some containment trays. This time I cheaped out with bargain basement pots and saucers.

If you cant get everything into a bigger pot. Cover the tops of the pots. It's not going to do a lot but should keep it in there a little longer. Or cull a few and up pot. Might work.

Going back years ago. That's exactly why I had my f&d table. Peat pods and hydroton. Works great.

I'm pretty maxed out as it is. I have 4 rows of 4 in a 3 x 3 tent. I got a good look at all of them today and did some re-arranging. All I have to do is take 6 plants out and I can water the rest without moving them. I put them on towels off to the side. The whole process takes about 15 minutes including vacuuming up any stray perlite, thus earning bonus points for vacuuming the bedroom. I just have to make sure and water every other day at absolute least. And then there's Tucson humidity or lack there of [RH currently 5%]. Pictures on Wednesday.
