Bleeding purple trichs

Wish I had a pic.
So I just checked some buds for harvest and as clear as day (thru my scope) we could see definite purple "blood" seemingly rising up inside the trich stands (not moving) towards the heads. I also noticed a rather long "bloody" area on part of underside of sample, along part of the vein.
What is this? It looks like a plus to me?
These are some exotic bag clones, 8 weeks since 1st pistil . . . and I'll take the main colas tonight, unless it turns out this pot'll all turn.

It's really kinda cool . . . I should add that it's not all the trich stands (yet?) but quite a few, like 5-8 in a row. Then none, then 2-3 over here . . . etc.

LOL... ok.... sorry if this sounds stupid but..... are you sure it's not just the Amber developing? I'm just thinking if the light in the room you are observing in has different color spectrums going on it could affect what you are seeing????

If not..... then just consider this a "thread bump" for you :mrgreen:

No, I see the amber, and some dull reddish brown . . . this is PURPLE, almost maroon in places and like grape juice inside others. I gotta find a camera set up for micro-pics. I mean, it's news to me and that's sayin' a little something. It'll happen. Just not now.

Well then it must be the strain. You mentioned "exotic"... do you know what it is or where it came from? Hope you cloned her so you can keep her going if she turns out to be some kick ass smoke :D

Daughter found one seed in some medgrow stuff she got somewhere. I managed to catch it (that it was special) before I killed her (plant, not daughter), revegged, cloned, just re-harvested mother (below) . . . 340 wet grams under plain 12$ shoplights. Thrilled. Clones coming in around an ounce per plant, dry. It's tasty and powerful.

AND I'm 99.9% sure I'm gonna be growing for the state here right quick. I can't believe I'm gonna get $$ for doin' something I've been doing inside since the mid-late 70's . . . legally! I AM JACKED!

how do you get hired or picked to grow for the state? Obviously experience is a factor, but do you apply for the job or what?

wow dude ive had a couple plants like that and I can tell from the pic its super dankness the only trhing i have to bitch about is buds arnt big but they are so potent

46 days to initial harvest, top 2/3rds . . . left about 1/3 a couple more weeks. They were just smoky at 46, but that's what I wanted in this strain. Have left longer and it's obviously dankier. Really nice. Those bud leaves are swollen like a virgin vulva, from what I recall @56.
