i ran those also. plant was healthy and smoke was VERY nice.

what was your impression?
Great smoke for sure. Funny thing is when I ordered a pack of beans, this one seed had popped in the mail and came with a tail so I just threw it in some dirt as I wasn't planning on that one yet. Turned out to be a super producer in both hydro and soil. Excellent smoke and vibrant colors

the plants grew nicely. vigorous, healthy. no issues with the grow. yield was pretty good. smoke was smooth. very subtle citrus. high was nice, but not really living up to the hype. would/will grow again (i have one seed left)

from what i understand the BF cut of acapulco isn't truly acapulco. it's mexican sativa mixed with something else (likely indica) to shorten it's flower cycle.

as far as i know, snowhigh has some "true" AG but that might also have some other mexican landraces mixed in. you're going to have to get real granular with lineages if you want to find that true AG. there are some breeders out there still working only landrace lines. just going to have to dig a little deeper to find them. a lot of these oldschool sativas are a labor of love not really seen in todays commercial market. flower times, yield, etc all come into play.

most modern growers aren't really looking for those old school 16-22week whispy popcorn bud sativas.

I grew their Future#1, it I got hermaphrodites really bad ruin my entire garden. Watch out for the genetic instability. The best strain that I have grown from Blimburn was Cafe Racer, with decent yields and decent high. The best yields came from Gorilla Sherbert, but the bud was just average, nothing to write home about.

Bought 18 gorilla glue autos from blimburn. Distilled water and a papertowel in a dark container, none of the seeds popped properly, they just swelled and produced a tiny tail and then died. One sprouted and then got 2 inches tall and then went into stasis and stopped growing. One sorta produced a taproot but seperated from the seed shell and ripped its leaves off and died before I had a chance to even check on it. Had 50% germination rate on about 70 old seeds I had stored for about 5-10 years. So don't think my method is bad, just bad seeds, maybe they got hot in travel or something.

OMG!! another experienced grower that is having problems with Blimburn......welcome to the club. I grew Future #1 and it "hermied" really bad and ruined my crop of four different strains. I am hating these feminized seeds. In the old days, we could separate out our males, and no, we were okay. Now with feminized seeds you never know when you'll get a hermie and ruin your crop. Try Offensive Selections. They cost a little more but their strains are vetted and potent. Blimburn doesn't allow any grower critiques. All that they allow are stellar 5 star reviews.

you are dealing with genetics people. and there is literally 0 breeders out there anymore that will take 5-10-15 years to stabilize a strain, aka dj short with his blueberry.

every fem seed you get has a chance to herm especially if you are a home grower with a half assed setup.

lets take exotic genetics as an example. they are releasing new drops every 3-4 months give or take. they grab some random strain, chuck some pollen around, give it some fancy name, toss it in a box set with some free crap and everyone goes haywire. nothing is tested or stabilized. dude didnt get his name "Hermie Mike" for no reason. but thats the thing, you will find nice stuff even in their untested strains.

there is literally no difference between "this breeder" that releases a strain and then someone that knows their shit buys a bunch of seeds from them, then possibly finds an even nicer pheno from "this breeder" and then they s1 it. there is literally no difference. yet this is what they call white label.

i bought from all of these breeders and banks, and if i have to be humbly honest, 3 of the best phenos i have ever found and grown came from what these forum dwellers would call a white label seedbank. so people can try to convince themselves or others, but growers that know, know.

I am currently growing one of their Mexican red haired auto's.
I have 2 complaints.
The plant I have is not an auto, I had to switch to 12 12 to get it to flower.
I emailed them and they never answered.
I was wrong they did respond. I don't look at the email address they responded too all that much.
Currently I am growing their version of Jealousy and it's looking real good.
