Just got this pen which uses oil concentrate. I specifically only use high CBD low THC cannabis but I am nervous about trying an oil concentrate for the first time. It says it has about 14% THC.. Can anyone give advice?

Im a newbie, I use high cbd low thc dry flower/herb with my pax for pain relief. I am scared of getting too high or paranoid. I can take about 5-10 hits from a pax with the dry herb of 10% cbd/5% thc and im ok. How strong is an oil concentrate in comparison? Will one hit completely mess me up?

You should be fine, it's only a 5% increase in THC. Start slow until you find your comfort zone.
