Bloomerang

Has anyone ever used Bloomerang products? I had never heard of them before but got a good deal on eBay. When the item showed up in itcluded a catalog for a LOT of stuff they sell. More or less looks like that buy wholesale stuff and put their name on it but wondering if anyone has ever used them?

I was looking at their stand up trimmer and then I found unbranded ones for $50 cheaper that look exactly the same.

The reason I was asking is so far the light works great and I got the ballast, 1 eye hortilux hps bulb, an enclosed reflector (which i am running my exhaust fan though) and ratchet hangers for $200.00 brand new on eBay (great deal!) but the ballast makes a beeping noise, its not loud at all but enough to notice. There is part of me that kind of remembers my 400 watt doing it as well but the more I think about it I am not sure. Is this normal? Is it a problem? It has a 5 year warranty.
