blown timers

hi im in the first week of flower on my first grow and my timer has blown, so instead of it going off 12/12 last night the flowers would of had 20 hours of light before i realized, is this going to affect them much?

You should be fine plant wise, but if your timer is blown then you might be running too much power through it. Usually timers are rated for 15 amps, and if that blows, you are plugging too much into one spot which can heat the wires in your wall and start a fire. Just thought I would offer that out to you. thanks for your replies do you have a link to the timers you have bought, I bought 3 from asda that have all died now, would like to know im getting a tried and tested one, im running a single 600watt HPS lamp through it and that is all

Go to menards and get a heavy duty timer or look for one on web. Heavy Duty......Make sure
