Exactly, which is why nobody should ever use fluorescents. But it's personal choice, if you like HID then they certainly do work. I've used them in the past but just find LED far preferable.

The two up front are at 4 weeks in this picture.no need to strip all the leaves buddy. no crazy ass training.just a pinch here and there.i might snip a leaf or two.only to expose the top of a shoot.keep it S.A.F. SIMPLE AS FUCK..Lol
