Blue Dream & Church Valley Kush With EBB & Grow Along with Lucas Formula

Changing every weeks is fine with a simple cheap nute brand and using lucas, but for me to do that would be a bank breaker

What brand are you going with? I thinking about trying out Sensi Bloom for my base my next run. I don't really care to try out a different veg formula because with the lucas formula, it's super simple and it's super effective with the strains I'm running. And I also figure that I'll really be able to tell the quality of the nutes by the finished product, not by how its vegging.

Ohh ok, so how are you liking the BC compared to AN so far? To be honest I want to try the BC line myself. Yeah I heard Kushi Kush was more potent and for 5$ more a bottle you can't go wrong.
Normally I'll start with liquid koolbloom for week 1, 2, then sometimes week 3 depending on progress. Then week 3 or 4 (depending on progress again) I'll switch it up to Dry KoolBloom with Bud Candy and Carboload until week 6-7, then week 7- or 8 use over drive with carboload and bud candy. Then final for week 9 with bud candy and carboload again. Then flush week 10. I'm just curious because when you change out your resi your gettin fresh nutes and you know exactly what is in there, so how do you go about adding your nutrients into your resi then without changing it? Since I use different nutes per week I'd have to switch it out anyways.

I go 12 days on a res, with technoflora its one level of nute strength from start to finish in bloom, as for add back
If i do add back its just even amounts to get back to the target strength.

Ohh, ok. Yeah I figured it would be something along those lines. I try not to do the add back calculator because it's not as accurate as people claim it to be, either that or I'm just not understanding it properly.

Ok, so tomorrow I'll post up some new pictures. They will be in flower for a total of 1 week tomorrow. I just cut 24 new blue dream clones, and I will also cut about 20 church valley kush clones too. I used the MX cloning gel, which I got a sample of. So I'm gonna try it out and see how I like it. I haven't heard much about it, but it was relatively cheap.. about half the price of CloneX. If I like it, and have good results in just as short amount of time as I do with Clone X then I'll switch
Any tips, questions, concerns, comments?

Ok so my resi was at 1300 ppm right before I changed it. I upped it about 100 ppm, so now its at 1400. If it shows a little nute burn then I'll add about 1 or 2 gallons of RO water.

It's been 2 day's since I cut the blue dream clones, out of 24 so far it looks like atleast 20-22 will survive. Everytime I clone I try to take about 6 to 8 clones more then necessary just in case. I don't take double or 3x the amount I need only because I rarely have more then 4 or 5 die out of 50 that will die. I notice with bigger batches of clones, they tend to survive a hell of a lot better, versus taking 5-10 clones. Also it seems pointless to cut such a small amount. I will start to take cuttings of the church valley today. Also I just got a mother for GDP and Larry OG Kush, so I will try to take a few clones of those to mother out. Since I only have 1 single mother of both.

So, the blue dream is going though a hell of a growth spirt. In the past week they've grown 10 inches on average, and the church valley is close behind it with a total of 9 inches average per plant in the past week. Blue dream is normally a stretched out plant so I'm expecting that. But the church is a short stocky plant so the growth spirt is a little bit of a change, but the node spacing is pretty close together so I'm not really worried. I hoping to see some nice nugs starting to appear. Also all the plants are showing a good amount of sex pistols and hairs.

Thanks, to be honest.. I'm alittle nervous about this grow, only because I'm a newbie to this system. So far though, they look like they're right on track to me.

Ok, so today I asked the orginal grower of the blue dream to come over and scope out my set up and see how things are going. So basically to cut it short, he's surprised at how fast my system is moving along (he normally grows in soil/coco). Alo he said that the production of my plants are about 2 weeks ahead of schedual, with the Church Valley I already knew that, but the Blue Dream is in the same stages. So basically I'm going to try to cut down flower time on these strains and I'll be adding MOAB in week 3 instead of week 4. Also if it keeps on moving as fast as it is, then I'll throw ripen in the 7-8th weeks and flush. Fingers are crossed on this one!

Ok, so I have a question for everyone. I had a Larry OG Kush strain that I started a little late into the season, and it started to flower, so I took 3 cuttings for mother's (they are still trying to root). But I just harvested the actual mother, and I found 2 seeds. I did have another Larry OG Kush, but that turned male on me so I told my buddy to pull it. Right now I'm thinking maybe my buddy was lazy about it and let it go till the pollen sacks popped and now I'm looking at a hermi plant that was just harvested. My main question is, should I toss the clones or keep em (the one's I took from the hermi mother). I don't want these 3 clones affecting anything since I just cut 40 blue dream and church clones. I'm thinking that the mother just turned out hermi, but I don't know if it will continue on to the cuttings and they will all be hermi (I took the cuttings about 3 days before I chopped it down, and yes I know that re-vegging a flowered plant will cause stress and in some peoples opinion its pointless, but not if you don't have another clone to work with)? If so, do you think blue dream would taste good crossed with Larry og lol?

A true female and a true male dont make hermies makes legit seeds although the mom and dad are the same

Dont think its a issue as a clone is a carbon copy of the parent, now if you have a clone or seeded plant hermie ans cross
Polinate the others then thats hermie seeds and will carry hermie traits

See now I don't know if I should keep em or toss em.. lol

Lol, well to be honest. I don't wanna throw a hermi strain into my garden. If these clones live, I'll give a few a test run an see if any seeds are produced. If they still produce seeds I'll sacrafice the strain. Then I got 2 more seeds of the Larry Og, so I'll give those a shot too. I'm not letting go easy lol, at the same time I gotta do whats good for the crop. Losing 1 may mean keeping 30.

Those look beautiful man, you are truely an expert when it comes to this system! I'm curious on how much your liking the Connoisseur over the BC line up? Reason why I ask is because AN's Connoisseur is really freaking exspensive, and also I wanted to give the BC line up a shot also. So far though, I've had good results with GH the whole time, but I'm looking at different bases because I'm hearing that Sensi Bloom puts off a bigger yield then GH, and along with BC and Connoisseur. Also I found out that the AN's Jungle Juice is exactly like GH's but its cheaper, a bit annoyed right now. lol. Like you said so much info so little time.

You will get bigger yields and better trich production with AN but not by much,
The bc has a way better ph stability like rock solid.
