Ok so I pulled out the " og " today. Trimming trimmin trimmin n I come across a couple pollen sacks, weren't popped opened yet, but still got me a little worried I hope I dont get bd mixed with og seeds lol, that's the only strain I don't wanna breed with lol. It'll be good joint n blunt bud for sure. Looks like it's decently dense also, not very crystaly. As far as true conesseure quality, the cut didn't make it. Infact the moms already gone lol sad day for all mothers out there to see one of their own kind just get kicked out like that, I wish there was a retirement home for old mother to go to get flowered then harvested kinda like an old folks home lol, but with plants. Ahh looks like the hash got me tryig to compare old people to plants lol.

Lol, yeah I'm chopin right now. About 2 1/2' tall, I did 2 og's one with my normal stuff and the other with sensi bloom. Sensi bloom nugs are bigger about 1/4 to 1/3 of the size.

I got a question, does anyone ever get tired of smoking the same weed? I mean I've probably smoked like a pound of this blue dream, and I'm croppin soon again too. Lol it's good dont get me wrong and the high last for ever. But I'm starting to get used to the taste. Does this happen to anyone else. Everyone keeps tellin me it taste bomb n shit, but I can hardly even taste it any more starting to get pretty bland. I'm more of a conniseur smoker then a smoker tryin to get high for the soul purpose of gettin high, some people are connenseurs of beer, well my preference is weed lol.. But yeah, does this happen to anyone else. I heard that smoking in general causes your taste buds to be less effective as well. Lol or maybe I'm just finding out I gotta fucked up pallet lol.

Lol, I thought so. That og is dryin up right up now, doesn't even smell like I know how to cure lol. It's not bomb at all.

I had someone else tell me that too lol. Idk what Ima do yet, I only got an eigth left and an like 4g's of hash left. I do need some smoke so we'll see how it goes.
If you have an ac unit in the room or vented into it then I would just hook up a couple fans unless the temps start to rise, then start to vent if necessary, take a trial run before you throw anything in. That what I did. If you let everything run for like 2-3 hours and everythings warmed up then you'll hit your average temps when everythings in, you can lower your temps by not keeping your ballast in the same room and also using air from another room for entrance and exit on the exhaust for the hood. You'll do better with more air flow, less humid too.
I'ma bout to set up a drip system to flood for the ebb, when I get everything down it'll most likely just be drip from top to drain from the bottom, Idk tooo much about drips n stuff so when I learn more I'll get back to ya.
You should build a stadium grow! and hang the 600 down vertically!

I've always liked the idea of vertical grows and I could with this space... I'm just paranoid on high plant count until I get my 99. i just recently took my ballast out and it's been helping. I'm gonna rip out my tent tomorrow and just finish this run bare for what it is and focus on starting fresh. The different plant sizes have confused the shit out of me with burn or deficiency worries, haha. Never again. Thinking if I can get away with high lights and minimal fan it might be time for 1000 watts soon ;]

Also thinking of converting to vegging longer like you with two nice tops or something cause all the sea of green waterings can add up and be a nuisance.

edit* just lurked the vert 600 thread and by the sounds of it I think I could do bare bulb with a 600 and maybe do two shelves? worth it?

I'd do 3-4 shelves, I'ma be building one soon or I'm going to do the monster plant technique. Veg for 1 1/2 month then use 6 600's split between 3 spliters and 3 1000 watt ballasts. Possibly do 4 and do 8 600's. Btw HR didn't you say you've tried out the spliters? How was it?

Do not use spliters, theres a huge lack of light when comparing them to on with a single setup.

Ima hang the thousands hgh then the 6's under it. Probably 3 of each. I wanna do 1 full run then start the sog. Just to see what the total yield at once.

Yeah I wanna see close to 6-7 p's reason why I'm hangin the thousands high n 600s low is because 600 will be closer to the plants n give off less heat, while the thousands will have more room to dissipate the heat. Ima gonna have to probably run 15,000 btu of ac because it's about to be summer. Ima veg till 12 inches then flip. Try to get solid colas from top to bottom. N stick to 2 gallons. What's crazy thou is that all these people are pulling high ass numbers without co2. I just threw in co2 so I'm wondering if I'll hit more like 10-12 with that much light in there.

Total yield on gh og was alittle over 21 grams. Horrible. Lol, then the sensi bloom pulled about 13 grams more. Still really low yield.
