Yeah where I'm at we call that hashoil. Then if you triple boil it for a half hour at 120 degrees with constant stirring you can create amber glass. It's weird because when it's room temperature its a liquid an melts, you have to store it in the freezer. The water method and oxygen method for hash making is the best method to make hash IMO.

Ok so I had my buddy over( the one who helped me with the gas lamp tech.) anywho hes claiming because I'm not cuttin my lights by a half hour every 2 weeks that my but production isn't as vigorous as it can be. I haven't seen his garden lately but he's claiming to have twice the size buds as me in the same time period. Ive never seen results from people keeping it 12 12 from the gas lamp, and those who actually follow it. I'm going to go head an cut the lights down to 11 hours until the end of week 6 then cut it to 10 hours. It'll be faster then the normal process of cutting a half hour every 2 weeks. I honestly don't know what to expect with the yield outcome because I'm tweaking so many varieables to try to maximize the yield. Anyone seems any outcomes from this!??!?!?!?!? Lol

no dont do that... thats used to speed up the harvest time but it significantyl reduces yields

Your plants are either "in flower" or they are "in veg". You want to hit those plants with as much light as you can and still keep them "in flower". If you could get away with 12.5/11.5 lighting and still keep the plants "in flower' your yield would go up

It's not a good idea unless you got a plant thats taking too long to flower.

More photosynthesis = more buds

whats a gas lamp?(sounds like something from 18th century)

Lol, it's an old growers technique that in veg requires 12 HR on 5.5 off 1 on 5.5 off then repeat. Then in flower you do 12/12 for 2 weeks. Then every 2 weeks drop it 30 minutes until you hit 10/14. See I'm assuming the same thing as what you said. Because my buddy said his harvest was a full p short( his last run not current run) but he also said it cut down his flower time by a week. So maybe I'll keep it at 12/12 an just see what happens fuck it.

So had to get some more nutes today, while I was in the store I saw a product from AN called hammerhead? Wondering if anyone's used it? Any good results? Also looking at bud factor x, it's extremely expensive for an additive. Something like 88$ a liter, an on the back Of the bottle it said there's only .5 of mag or some shit which is the same as bud candy. Anyone know whats so great about bud factor x? Also I was talkin to a buddy about using carboload from AN instead of molasses. Anyone have feed back on that? I'm thinkin there's going to be another trial run. Lol but idk if I'm going to continue to show my results. Lol I don't want to do all the work for everyone. ;)
I feel like if someone gives you all the answers then how does that make you good at it, or how can you even learn.

The og strain is starting to get a couple orange hairs, I think it'll probably be done by the beginning of week 9(making it an 8 week strain) which will be nice. Also the bud structure and smell on it seems to be pretty good. Anywho, I'll do overdrive for a week and a half starting wensday. I'm super excited to see how it comes out.

more nodes and half the stretch! :)

Since I normally run a foilar spray I don't normally have to worry about node spacing, it's always been relatively good. But at the same time maybe it'll make fatter colas? Since the nodes are closer I'm getting the buds will eventually have to swell out because there'll be no room left lol.

Ok so little update, final tally weight wasn't what I'd prefer but it's better then what it could have been. For anyone who read about the gas lamp technique, throw that shit out the door, you will always loose on your harvest. Take it from me, I know my buds should have been atleast double. All because I wanted to cut down harvest time.. Fuck that lol. Anyways I'm gonna start up a new run in the same room soon, I just keep it going on this thread. Save riu some sever time lol.

So been quite busy lately, transplanted 24 new plants. I'm not gonna do the trellis method on this one only because I'm gonna be alittle lazy and just do massive amounts of stakes lol. On top of that there only going to get another 3 days of veggin under the thousand before the 48 hour dark period then to flower. They've been transplanted for about 3 days now. Only a week of veg then the next crops gonna be ready for flower.

View attachment 2084709<---- this one is the 20th plant, when i harvested I took down 19 plants and left this one in the dark for 5 days and only watered it 2 times. It looks super bomb, but sad to say, doesn't look any different from the rest of the crop. Just wasted time leaving it in the dark for that long. lol.
