Blue Dream/Jack Herer Grow Journal - First Grow in 2 years Please Give Feedback/Tips!

Hey everyone! I've been inactive here for a while while life happened but I'm living on the best coast now and I got my first new grow in about 2 years so I figured I'd put up a grow journal. This is my first grow in about 30 months but I do have 4 harvests under my belt. However, this is a throw it together grow as of right now. Got a few pics for now and I'll post more information soon. Please share any knowledge of the strains for now and I'll post more info as it come.

250watt HPS light

I would use MH light for veging and HPS for flowering, but looks good

Yea, I'd like to but at the moment I don't have funds for another light.

I did add two more plants though. Both are clones I picked up, one is afghan kush and one is aliendawg (alien technology X chem dawg). Grow is about a week old now. Took some more pictures to update it as well as show off the recent additions. Anyone with any knowledge of the strains and tips for growing them please share. So far no real issues to report thankfully. The Blue dream didn't look great a day after moving it to a bigger container, but she recovered fine after some time.

Also, I recently picked up green crack and MTF, pictures to follow, but those will be in veg for a while in a seperate grow. I plan on cloning each of these plants and turning the clones into mothers. When I do clone I will share the process.

Yea, surprisingly, I've never tried green crack, but when I had the chance to grab a clone i took advantage. If your cali I know where to find it. Plants started to expand a bit over the past day. Ill post some more pictures of my 4 in veg soon. Can't wait to clone and flower!

I just harvested a Jack Herer this week myself, and have a clone from it going now. I also have a small Afghan Kush clone going now as well.

More picture updates! Afghan Kush and Aliendawg are now a full week under my light and Blue Dream and Jack Herer are 12 days. Growth is looking good on everything. Had some heat issues but seem to be fixed now with it a little cooler at my place. Probably going to veg for another 2 weeks then take clones, then start to flower them about 3 weeks from now.

Are you training those?

I'm not training them, on two of them I took the clones from the top for height reasons. The alien dog and Jack Herer where getting a bit large for the space considering I still need to flower them. The other plants had clones taken from the lower branches.

Yea man, I'm excited about growing that one. The MTF is in veg right now, but it is doing beautifully, lots of growth for only being about 2 weeks old. Planning on flowering it starting around mid march to april 1st depending on when I have the room for it and its big enough. I'm pretty sure this is legit but I did get it as a clone so I won't know for sure until I flower it and smoke it I suppose. However, I will be taking a clone of it before I flower it, cause if it is legit then FUCK YEAH lol. I'll post pics of that grow after these girls are done.

Finally Pictures before flower! Hoping to get at least 150grams off these 4 babies. Started them on 12/12 last night, cant wait to be posting pics of buds in a few weeks. All my clones are doing well now (no pics though this time), finally starting to get some roots after a week.

Hey, so I am officially one week into flowering these 4. Starting to see bud sites form. Just started them on the standard fox farm nutes (Tiger Bloom, Big Bloom, Grow Big).

3 days ago noticed some spider mites on my Blue Dream.

I treated them with neem oil (i used 1 and 1/2 tablespoons neem, 1/3 teaspoon dish soap, 1 gallon water) treated them 5 times a day for two days and wiped down every single leaf by hand twice a day for 3 days. Treated with neem oil twice today and seems to have killed them off. My grow room was a little warm (around 7 so I dropped the temp a bit which helped obviously since mites like it 80+.

Some damage can be seen on the leaves from the mites/neem but nothing the plants souldnt recover from since its early in flower right?

Still hoping to get around 150grams off these 4 plants. Now Pictures!

1 Week Flower: 1 MTF, 1 Green Crack

Hoping to get at least 8oz from the 6, any guesses?
