An experiment in what? Did you even read the threads before you posted? People come here to try and get some insight on the best time to chop their plants, if you don't have anything constructive to add then it is best to move along. Nothing worse than chopping a plant 2 weeks early... Happy Growing!

An experiment implies I'm attempting to make a discovery, test a hypothesis or demonstrate a known fact. I was more less looking for feedback based on empirical evidence from experienced growers.

i would let it go for a week or so... i would chop off a small bud and dry it and sample it. see how u like it... i always pull a sample bud off. best way to tell is to smoke it. lol. if ur seein amber heads already then ur just about there man. i also have a blue dream flwoering. =) about 4 1/2 weeks flowering
