I know what you mean about the smaller phenotypes nugs. The smallest one I have going now is by far the most potent. I snipped a bud this morning on the #3 and it stuperfried me for a little while. I have two others that are taking up a lot of canopy space with their big bushy asses. I had to rearrange my space a little to make room for three new pots. My BHDs should be here today according to the tracking update. here are some pics from today

A few things... I changed the background and added more light to help the pics a bit ( I also rotated them so you dont have to break your neck comparing). I also added a 1 gallon pitcher to the picture as a size comparison so people have something to reference....it just made sense considering I was watering and taking pics!


As a side note I decided to shoot off an email to info@shortstuffseeds dot com and asked if my plants look normal for the BHD... I actually got a reply! They mentioned great side branching and great bud growth... always nice for the breeder to see what someone has done with their work I guess...

Got my order today and all I can say is dam. 18 seeds for 80 dollars. 8 of those are fem.

When did you order your seeds? I ordered my BHD on the 12th of december and still nothing I want to get these babys started.. Damn Attitude... Well good luck on your grow I will be watching. Good Luck And Happy Growing

I ordered three weeks ago with a money order. Woke up this morning and two had cracked already. In the dirt They go.

I have two suspected males in the FFOF vs MG trial. If they are both indeed males I will yank them up and replace with BHDs. I just had to go ahead and start germing two more to be safe. If they aren't males then I will have bottlenecked the shit out of myself in terms of space and harvest interval. A.D.D. is a mutha fucka. Fuck it I will just add more bulbs.

You might have a hard time believing this one but one of the two seeds I started at 6 pm has already opened at 11 pm. Everybody stand back there's no telling how fast this thing is going to go

This is what I saw... Mine took off out of the gate... then hit a lull where the first set of fan leaves took their sweet ass time... then once those were done... it was back to some crazy growth again.... I mean after all you saw my plants at day 48.... the football "hand grenade" is seriously a BEAST!

Well I had to cut another one it was getting too sticky and thick. It was 94 grams wet. It would have been more but I took two testers off of it, one for me and one for me and one for me and a buddy. I had to see if it was as good as I thought it was. I smoke so fuckin much my tolerance is sky high.

Hey Teflon! I hope it all is growing well for ya... I thought I would chime in and let you know of a "new development" and also maybe see if anybody else wants to throw their thoughts out on the subject....here goes:

So there I was tending the garden when I noticed that some of the pistils along the main stem of 3 plants had lost their orange hairs (you know how the ones in the middle being the oldest....they go orange first) but instead of being a little deflated pistil sack... the sack appeared to be peeling back a bit exposing..... a seed!

Once I found this one seed..... I scrutinized as much as I could see on all 3 plants... and I noticed I must have a total of 20-30 seeds! So I just realized I am not a fluck up and I did indeed get a little sexy time between my BHDs.

I went ahead and pulled 6 of these that had pretty much pushed thir way out minus a flick from my finger... I am going to attempt germination in 72 hours with 6 of the said seeds...

On another note... all 3 plants on my side are getting STICKY looking.... I am at day 50 today and from here out my plants are getting nothing but gravity (1ml per gallon) and snowstorm (5ml per gallon). I plan on harvesting on days 66/68/70... one plant per day.

Any input on anything feel free as usual!

Nice pics teflon! how many days was that one at? (I always ask the same questions... HAHA!)

I would wait germing the seeds. I made that mistake on my first seed run. the seeds need to dry out a little first. There is a period of time needed between harvesting and planting the seed. In nature they do not fall of the plant and start sprouting before winter. I did some reading in books and online on the subject and this is what I have found out first hand. My seeds would not sprout until three weeks after I plucked them. I was trying a couple beans every few days and nothing. I let them sit in a dish in a cabinet for a couple weeks then put them in a pill bottle in the fridge with a few grains of rice to absorb more moisture from the seeds. after a week or two of that. I took a couple out and lightly scuffed the shells the waxy coating with an emery board this is supposed to help the young seeds ability to absorb the moisture. This was the only way I could get my seeds to pop quickly.

It was eight weeks and very frosty.

Yeah I think I will hold for 2 weeks (just before harvest of these BISHES) I already have them stored in rice (I have heard that enough so it must be correct!). I have had decent success with an immediate turnaround while growing lowlifes ak x blueberry auto.... but I think I will heed your advice and sink em in a cup in 2 weeks.... maybe do 10 in 2 weeks and if nothing goes down drop another 10 in 3 weeks (this would also allow a thorough cleaning of my tent).... I am thinking of moving up to an enclosed 600 in my 3x3 but I am going to research if anyone has done it with good success first...

I am going to post a helluva question on the forums in a second in regards to a "finishing theory" to see if anyone has "been there done that".....

Looks good man. Do they stay pretty short up to a certain time, and then stretch out ? Mine are staying VERY compact.

Yeah that's pretty much how it goes, around the fourth or fifth week they usually stretch up and out.
