wrong way dude. if those seeds are fresh you'll either drown them or cause them to rot. put them into good seed starting soil, wet it and keep it moist but not soaking and in three days you'll have spouts. keep it in a warm dark place but not too warm...room temp or a little more. probably 100% will germinate if you do it right. works for us everytime. assuming the seeds are fresh and undamaged. go to Mandala seeds.com and look at this link. http://www.mandalaseeds.com/Guides/Germination-Guide
