Blue Moonshine (Dutch Passion)

Has ne one on this site grown the Blue Moonshine strain from Dutch Passion? Any and all information would be helpful. It seems like a pretty dope blueberry strain.

Yup, Been growing blue moonshine for 2 years now.. Amazing plant.. Flavor is out of this world!
A friend crossed a clone from my mother with a high yielding Northern Lights from sensi seeds and Its better than it could ever be! here are a few pics of it..

what was the taste/phenotypes like on the bluemoonshine and flowering times???

Unfortunately i havent had any seeds of pure blue moonshine, so i couldnt tell you about the phenos... but The clone i got seemed to have a good amount of Sativa in its mix... The only problem was the yield... After the cross with the high yielding northern lights... It now is worthy of being in anyones garden!!

very strong high! Sometimes smoking a spliff too many can make you pretty brain dead!! The ice o lator hash/bubble hash Is unbeleivable... Full melt!!

As for taste... Its very floral and fruity .... I cannot destinguish what fruit.. but its got a hint of mango and pineapple... But the flavors are not as pronounced as strains like diesels.... If its not grown organically with alot of care to how you fed it, Youll have to go looking for the taste.... With guano, and wormcastings.. a bit of mollasses, The taste and smell are there without a doubt

I forgot to mention, Flowering time is 45- 65 days... You can already harvest at 45 but leaving it longer will increase yield and flavor... obviously the high will be a little more knock out... I harvest mine at 58-65 days everytime! Leaving it in the dark for 48 hours right before harvest.....

I done a run with bluemoonshine too I just want to see if I was missing out on anything
I got 3 females out of a 10 pack some seeds died due to being busy

1# it was the fastest finisher at 10-11 weeks for fat full red hair buds with a 50/50 amber tric
it was very weighty bud and very tight and tough bud
had a kind of mushky rotten smell with a undertone of fruityness but morn on the mushky side not very fruity

2# was the small yeilder but yet again it was very tight bud but was leafy,,, this one was very fruity and smelled grate like some type of fruityness like you discribed
the high was the hardest hitting with this a euphoric type high kind of sounds like the one you got,,, the flavour was nicest when it was fresh I personally think
very nice smoke thou but yeild is too low too make it a keeper,,, should just used it to cross like you but very very limited space

3# this one was very blueberryish,,, it is an ok yeilder but the problem is it strechers more then the last to and it a long finisher,,,, for nice size buds not compact like the last two,,,, it was blueberry taste but just not a lingering or strong, almost like a blueberrybubblgum taste,,, I smoked this one the most out of all of them
only problem it takes 13-14 weeks to finish up nicely what is a bummer, if i had space i would of kept this one

they look nice I just got a couple of blue moonshine they are almost at 8 wks good to know blue moonshine has good reviews!!

well I'm on the other fence I just bought the beans to this 5-7 months ago and this is by far the worse I have ever had in my garden.. period the 5 pack of fem'd beans were just lanky, BLUE smelling, HERMI(only genetic to ever do the tranny dance on me) anyone remember Quint's saying from the movie JAWS? "a big fat PBY comes down and start to pick us up. You know that was the time I was most frightened? Waitin' for my turn. I'll never put on a lifejacket again." that's kind of how I feel about dutch passion as a whole... never again..

Dutch Passion Blue Moonshine was without a doubt the worst strain I ever had out of like 30 strains. Out of 2 fem 5 packs every single one that did germ (several did not) the ones that did were huge beasts that smelled of hay and lacked everything you love about herb.. They were absolute garbage. Dp Starwalker was ok but Never again will I waste a cent Dutch Passion. Go with Paradise if u want reliable dank herb. That's my opinion. Peace
