Blue Mystic - 92w CFL PC Grow

Here are my two little seedlings in my PC case.

Are they healthy? The second one looks a little droopy, but they both seem to continue to develop. Under-watered? Over-watered?

Right now I have four 23w blue spectrum CFLs showering light upon them. The seeds are two autoflowering feminized Blue Mystic seeds from Nirvana.

They look like they have stretched and look like they are over watered... how much water are they getting and how often? Also try to get them closer to the light.

Watering once every 2-3 days, I recently did lower the light to combat the stretching. I'll be sure to ease up on the watering, I had figured that was the problem, thanks for the heads up man!

cool to see other blue mystic growing going on here, noticed a lot of other RIUppers growing it in your thread.

im growing it myself.it is a slow starter compared to my other plants under the same condition.

It seems to start slow, butit will pick up and start growing very quick after like 2 weeks or so. then when you go 12/12 it rockets up..

good to hear nbtb.my kandy kush x sk#1 is almost 3 times the size of my bm.im gonna go 12/12 in about 2 wks.hopefully she catches up.hows the smoke?

Here's how they look after having lowered the lights.

The first one is the one that looks pretty lanky. should this improve with the lowered lights and slower watering schedule?

The second one has some small marks on a section of one of its leaves. Are the lights slightly too low for this plant?

some clear pictures of the light and ur setup ect would help as i cant see nor judge a thing lol...

You should really put them in 2 pots. So they won't have a root battle when you are flowering. Plus it would make sure a happier plant.

Careful, I got all 5 of my femnised+autoflower blue mystics to pop, but my first one turned out to be a male... just a heads up.

dont put the plants in 12/12 anytime for this grow all 20/4 there autoflowers if you do decide to do 12/12 your yield wont be nothing just a heads up!!!!!!

Yeah I haven't had it on 12/12. thanks for the heads up, I don't understand why they're doing so poorly.

maybe not enough nuts, maybe overwatering, maybe shitty soil i mean you gotta think about all the factors and start erasin as you go, trial and error

How ya doing! Great to see you working toward growing your own but could use some more info.

Do you have a thermometer to measure temps when lights are on and off? if not hit the dollar store you may need it.

Second how is you air circulation? plants love fresh circulated air if you don't already have a fan of some kind invest in one ASAP especially if your grow area is enclosed in any way. Do you know what the RH or relative humidity is? too high humidity can cause drooping, invite insects and prepare for the propogation of mold mildew and fungus they love heat and humidity. If you are watering often then humidity will DEFINATELY be an issue IF you grow area is enclosed or the air is not circulated enough. Humidity rises quickly when growing plants indoors because the water in the soil is slowly wicked out into the air after each time you water, therefore as the water evaporates the grow area becomes humid... clones love it plants do not. Sorry to harp on that subject but as a novice grower I had this issue quite often.

I have two intake fans in the pc case and one exhaust. When I plug the case in, the lights turn on and the fans do too. When it goes off, the fans and lights do as well, so the air sits still. The room temperature that the case is in is usually aroud 74F to 80F.

I was told by someone that the soil is too poor quality and it is blocking nutrients. So it looks like tomorrow im going to get some better quality soil. thank you for the most informative reply, those sprouts look really sad and were worrying me a bit.
