Blue Mystic Stealth grow

This is my 3rd indoor grow. My second using blue mystic seeds. The box i have set up is a cabinet/drawer that came with a desk i bought at staples. It wasn't being used and i was bored so i made a stealth grow box. The top drawer of the cabinet has been modified so now it's a hood. All inside surfaces have been covered with aluminum foil. I have a small fan inside the box and i still need to add intake and exhaust fans.

Here is a breakdown of what i'm using (keep in mind i'm working with limited cash)
3 23w cfls. (2 2700k and 1 6500k)
4 Blue mystic seeds (parents were from nirvana but i bred them so i'd have lots)
MG Organic soil
MG Perlite




Box dimensions are 9w x 17d x 12.5h

All 4 plants are out of the soil and have their first set of real leaves. I'm considering running them on 12/12 as soon as they get a set of 3 leaves. I've never done a 12/12 grow and i don't know what kind of yield i'll get tho.

i think i have a heat stress issue right now. I need someones opinion and any suggestions on what to do. I haven't seen any growth in a couple days now and two of the plants that were directly under the lights look like their stem has been pinched real low near the soil. These two plants are still green and healthy looking but are laying on their side in the soil instead of standing up. Please Help
