Your well on your way to some fields of dreams with those plants Kurt!

I havent been happy with how the bagseed is growing so i decided to cut it down and start with something more reliable. I put a OG Kush bean i got as a freebee to germ in a cup of water last night and should be ready to go into dirt tonight.
Took some pics of the bagseed before i "whacked" it. The main steam just kept stretching and stretching but her side branches were hardly doing anything. That and the fact that it could've turned out to be a male was enough for me to pull the plug and know when to fold'em.

Scrogging her out and finding that she is a he 2 weeks into flower would be like a kick in the balls man. Good call lol.

U know what i mean, i just didnt wanna risk it. I think this type of plant would be a great candidate for SOG though because it has very little side branching but other than that no bueno for me.
Popped the OG Kush into soil today hopefully she'll be ready to flower by dec 1st and have some little white puffs going on around xmas time :smile:

good call on that bagseed plant... my OG Kush turned out male on me, the only thing I had flowering right now... lol.

Man thats rough. That why from now on im only messing with feminized seeds. Or if i go with bagseed again plant more then 1 to increase my chances of a great pheno and being female.

Stevie, hows the ambient odor around your Blue Thai growing? Does the skunk punch through or is it fairly tame?

There is always taking clones as well. Takes up more room though. :weed:

Odor around the plant is a very deep dank skunky smell with an awesomeness of blueberry in there. It does punch through though even with my filter on as soon as i pop the cab open i get slapped around with skunk.

Looked like crazy for more seeds on those OG buds without luck. I'm in the 1(F)/4(M) ratio sexing random seeds... and it just sucks! lol... glad my order finally arrived and I don't have to worry for a while. Looking forward to your future run!

when are you planning on harvest? looking for specific amber/cloudy ratio?

Tell me about it, At the end of the day with female seeds you just cant go wrong.

Actually chopped her last night, i look for mostly all milky with some ambers here and there and when mostly all the white hairs have turned orange. Took about 4 hours to trim with a few smoke breaks in between bongsmilie

So went ahead and chopped her last night, took about 4 hours with some breaks. Here she is in all her glory...ill post an update of dry weight in a few days until then, enjoy :weed:

Absolutely outstanding SS! That is one of the prettiest plants I've ever seen man. Looks like some FAT colas too. Needless to say I am very impressed mate. Props and rep again when I can.

Wow! That looks great. I cant wait until i flip mine. What was your wet weight and how much do you think you will get in dry weight? How many days did she take before you chopped her? Sorry to ask so many question. I am just trying to maximize my yield. With the outside temp dropping at night i how when i put mine into flower it will turn dark purple like yours.
