Blueberrys leaf-bud

So I'm in third week of budding out these blueberrys and everythings going ok.
I'm not worried about it, but I am curious if this is common?
it seems one of the top leaves are putting out a trichome covered smaller leaf.
will it bud out?
or will it stay like this?

I think it's going to get bigger because it's growing out of the stem.

what do you guys think?

I remember seeing this once in someone elses grow.
Cant remember the strain or who was growing it, but it was almost identicle!
I believe he was going to clone the leaf, but i am not sure and cannot remember.

I would be very interested in seeing what would grow out from this cloned leaf....imagine if all the subsequent leaves would all have their own little buds on them!
