Blurple Led Yes or NO?

Doesn't that level of stereotyping and age discrimination automatically void your sjw card?
Well, that's just proven that your IQ is so low it makes a whelk look like Einstein.

Now begone, child, and let the grownups see to the important stuff.

Now you discriminate against the mentally handicappable. Coming from the guy says I'm not ridiculing. Then gives a text book example.

English isn't your mother tongue, is it, because it's clear you don't know what the words mean.

I know, but that doesn't matter to a penis like skibawbag, who will no doubt accuse me of being an SJW who discriminates against raging, spittle-spraying, pricks who can't read...

I use these racks because I was just copying something someone else had done and was just trying to make it easier to move them next-door to my flower room with ease. I can lift stuff and aren't in a wheelchair yet(lol).

I guess the easiest way to explain it was I'm a student of too many masters! I try to take what a bunch of people have done, that I thought was efficient, helpful, and intelligent and kinda make a stew of it all. But, my point is I'm here now and I'm trying to use what I have at it's peak potential.

I went from 3 gallon buckets with bottled nutes, to 10 gallon bags with coco and the #A and #B stuff, then I learned a bit more about organic growing and switched to amended soil, but the thing that I never could understand was why my plants don't look like others' and when I harvest, I'm trimming freakin' shitloads of tiny branches and little popcorn-looking buds. Don't get me wrong, some of the tops that I've grown are killer and taste as good as anything I've smoked(with all the punch you'd expect. I see these pics of bonsai-looking plants that are all colas and absolutely nothing down low. This is the break in my understanding.

I'm so sorry to have caused any issues between any colleagues, here, and really don't intend to piss anyone off. My issue is because of my limitations as having epilepsy, I can't get to things as I can't drive nor am I allowed to work in any capacity(well, I play guitar in a Tom Petty tribute band, but we're not making that much yet and nothing at all compared to the money I made as a Sleep Lab Technologist manager/EEG Tech/Respiratory Therapist) and this is the only sure-fire remedy that works 100%, so I'm going to try to wrap my brain around this supercropping and training with the racks I have. And those LED's are 1:1 ratio for plants, so I have 2 over every rack.

I seriously do appreciate all the help and time you guys have given me for this.

Do you think that fact that I just let shit go nuts in veg and don't try to clear out the bottom until just prior to flipping?

I try to let enough of those lower branches grow out so they're almost like little plants of there own by the time I take a cut.

BUT, even after I've gone in and trimmed out the bottom area, there's still a thick bit of leaves and smaller branches that never seem to end up getting up to the level of getting enough light(which turns into the popcorn I was mentioning previously). The vicious circle..

In theory, one light per plant will be enough, but it sounds like you're stretching because there's either too much red in the "bloom" setting, I'm assuming there's veg and bloom switches, or the light is too far away, or both. If you use only the "bloom" setting and not both veg and bloom then there may be too much "red" light which will make spindly stretchy plants which will give you the buds you ended up with, same as being too far away will (been there, done both using different lights.).

So, just regarding your lights, there could be a reason.

As I read your post I wonder if you're trying to do too much too quick, as you say you are a student of many masters which generally results in being a Jack of all trades but the master of none, there's too much stuff going through your head at once it becomes a muddle. I ain't knocking your plan, if I went up to 7 gallon pots I would need something similar to move things around and as you go upwards in scale with growing then it can be expanded, etc, to suit and easily changed to suit so the basic notion is sound. One of your lights should be enough per plant, you have grown vaguely successfully, as in the plant lived to reach harvest, so it's just the fine-tuning that has to be done and, personally, I'd dial in the little things like light height, etc, first then worry about the perfect SCROG.

But that's me, I do best by seeing what is obviously wrong then changing that, whether it's lights, environment or the compost used, learning from that and changing next time round whilst avoiding the silly noob mistakes I'm guaranteed to make and have made.

Works for me anyway.

Fubard, my lights have two settings. On & Off. The colors are what they are, but I have kept the lights approximately 24" - 26" above them. I can get a little closer if you think that'd help.

Too much, too quickly is my middle name, so yeah man that could be very true as well. My problem(one of them) is that I've got access to too many self-proclaimed "pro growers", which is suspect at best. My mind is definitely cluttered and muddled with conflicting information. I've tried to edit out the stuff that doesn't really apply to me and try to 'bookmark'(in my head) the stuff that has made good and positive changes. Re: since I've gone through the gauntlet of using different nutrients and feeding ideas, the plan I do now is WAY better(using organic top dress) as maybe I haven't pulled some monster buds the size of 2 liter soda bottles, the flavor, smell and buzz of what I've grown since the food change has been stark and just way better. I guess I'm ok with less yield-size/weight for better quality.

I'd just like to understand the 'hands-on' part of training and other techniques like fimming vs topping and supercropping(I've just picked this idea up, here, in the past few days), which kinda makes me wonder if I'm barking up the wrong tree with my racks and just use the bottom part(that has the casters and actual base of my racks) and doing away with the screens... so, I'm on the fence about that...

see what I mean about my mind being cluttered and jumping to the next best idea...? Kinda impetuous and impatient like a teenager with his first boner..

There ARE definitely some aspects of what I do that I feel are good and keepers, but I want to connect all of the dots with the 'hows' and 'whys' of what I'm doing.

This is my 5th year that I've renewed my med card in Maine, and I think I have learned a few good things and seem to understand what a plant is telling me if it has an issue, but I'm needing to make it more cohesive so I can do things in a routine/linear way(like formulae, I'm good at science and math). I'm spending too much time second-guessing myself.

I do appreciate everyone's time and replies. This seems to be easy and/or second nature to some and I'm very impressed, but I'm a tough study!

Bring the lights down 6 inches, to around 18, see what happens
I have 2 blurps at 24” above but when I lower them even just 2-3 inches the leaves start to cup and temp goes up 2 degrees. I guess 24” is good for my setup. But what about flowering? People always say put them closer in flower but what about the temp rise and possible light bleaching?

Blurple lights grow fine bud. You just need to use more watts due to their inefficiency, and be ok with a light that might only last 6 months
And when i am buying cob i need to have couple of them in reserve for changing when it breaks. When cob goes out it goes out completely unlike lot of smaller divided leds

I run Black Dogs with great success. If i go below 18 inches they will bleach. i keep it between 18 and 24
