Seven days of flowering done. I noticed a couple flying bugs in the room last week and squished them. I'm pretty sure they're fungus gnats. I put up some sticky traps to catch the adults. I gave them a hand watering to runoff with mosquito dunk and also put it in my reservoir. I haven't seen any since but I did catch one in a sticky trap.

I used the dunks for about a year with a pretty bad gnat problem, unfortunately didn't work.......just kind of kept them at bay. Then I started using blumats so I didn't want to use it in my res thinking it would clog my drip lines. So I started crushing them up and putting them on top of my top dress that I would put right under the drip line. Unfortunately it never got rid of them. Ended up buying aquabac which is also bti and it worked, just sprinkled it on my top dress and I don't see anymore gnats, this is my second grow in a row gnat free after a battle for about 2 years or so. Hopefully the dunks work for you, if not grab some aquabac.

Another week done.

I flipped over to flower last night. Two of the plants were 12" and one was 8" lol. The stubby plant has the same number of nodes, but they're so tight, like a couple mm between each one. It's also very dark green compared to the other two. It's not showing signs of nitrogen toxicity so I'm just going to assume it's a weird plant.

Over the weekend I built a new cabinet to help speed things up. I'm planning on using the top 3 feet for clones and seedlings and the lower 4 feed for vegging. I'd like to get to the point that I'm doing as little vegging as possible in my main room.

Middle light is a first gen HLG 300 and the other two are diy 240W quantum boards.
doesn't look like nemattack is available in Canada. Do you think I'm wasting my time with these mosquito dunks?

No, I don't think its a waste of time. I think it's going to be a battle in coco though, gnats need the moist soil to survive.
I use Pro mix, the only time I'v had gnats is when I first started growing & over watered. I used dunks, and a product called gnatrol I believe & yellow stickys.
But being able to let my medium dry out is what helped me get rid of them I believe. I really don't have much first hand gnat experience to help, sorry.
Plants look great by the way.

Thanks bob! Started with great seeds  no sex yet tho.

I wonder if that's why I haven't seen many. With the drip system it's only wet right beneath the end if the dripper. Everything else is completely dry on top. That was of course before I top watered with the mosquito dunk on Saturday.
