You abruptly switched out the lights, going from CMH to lower wattage blurples and that caused the plant to build enough hormones to flower. Some strains, especially older varieties can trigger easily.
The high male ratio is a bummer but its really just luck of the draw. Pop enough packs and you'll eventually get the same ratio for girls too.
