damn. and i thought my candle idea was so original lol. but seriously, if the candle is housed in a metal container i should be all set. am i wrong? i plan on putting the herb in couple layers of smellproof, sealing it air/liquid tight in a metal thing, and "building" it into a scented candle. I was origiinally going to use glass and use crayons to darken the wax but then i realized that's very easy to scan for. i'm only driving to canada for fuck's sake but the last thing i need is to be stuck without weed. the area i am going to is way rural and there are few neighbors. this is probably all for nothing since they don't check every single car, but it would be a major bitch if i missed some stupid detail and got caught.

atleast that's how I'd be. I mean it's ridiculous, who brings a candle traveling? that'd be a red flag imo.

what is so weird about a candle? i burn candles all day and have always brought candles on vaycay. who wants to sit in a hotel room or guest house that smells like the last 14 people who slept there? and i'm sure there are many religious reasons to have candles as well.

I guess so, just seems kinda odd to me I guess.

they do it all the time in prison and that stuff is pointy. i think i remember seeing on one of those prison shows a guy talking about how once it's up there you can't really feel it...i would be most afraid of the butt getting thru the bag and on the weed.

Anything you can think of, "the man" has already thought of. Traveling with weed is hit or miss. When I went to Amsterdam in March, I thought about bringing it back but it's not worth the risk. Either mail it, or if you need weed at your destination hook up with some locals.

Hi all, I would rather have it on my person, that way I know I'm not going to be stopped for my luggage, that's a huge load off any travellers mind, I plan on using about 3 condoms (half an ounce inside a condom, then inside another, then inside another) compressed to all hell then travel with it internally.(use your imaginations people) ..No compound sniffing machine will get past that, not unless its looking for latex...lol....I just feel much better knowing what the full body scans can see... I remember the days back when I got married, I travelled to Western Australia (4000kms) with half an ounce in my carry on, not concealed just in an ounce bag, I even put it thru the x ray machine, that was before 9/11.....The X RAY machines back then didn't even pick up my CD's...That was over 10 years ago...

Just a quick update on this thread... This is about flying domestically in Australia...

A friend of mine jumped on a plane less than ten days ago, with the whole family (I took them to the airport myself) and flew to Queensland with 7 grams of smoko internally stashed.... She rang me as soon as she landed and told me she was pulled up at every checkpoint...She was scanned by every scanner available at Canberra and Brisbane airports and she made it thru no dramas..... So there you go...

I've flown twice domestically within Australia in the last two months. I've taken pot internally both times, and I've had no dramas at all...
