I was just looking for some advice about this. Is it worth the money and does it really work well? When and how much should someone use on potted plants and in ground plants? Thanks
It is well worth the money. they give your soil web food to feed your plants. blood meal is high nitrogen and bone meal is high Phosphasas. I mix it in to my soil 40 days before planting a plant in to it, to allow it to brake down into a useable form that the plants can uptake
So do you mix it in with the soil or can you give it to them throught the grow cycle. Is it good to give this during veg period? I thought you mixed a certain anount with water and water the plants. Im new to this and trying to learn asa much as possible. Thanks
The clone to the left had much better leaves when I first got the two clones. The one to the right, I may have had two extra days to root. I transplanted them at the same time. Because there was basically no new growth on the right (when comnpared to the left) I added bone meal to the bottom of the pot and sprinkled blood meal as a top dressing, working into the first inch and half of the pot. Considering what they looked like before transplant, I think its obvious that the blood and bone meal made a little bit of a different.
Good stuff, mix your lime with it( BX pro mix) all same time. Word of caution, the blood meal will attract racoons and armadillos. we used to put a bream fish in bottom of hole as well till 12 got dug up... LMAO
I have already transplanted my babies to their last pot, how would u all reccomend I use the blood and bone meal to my babies and who much and often? Could I get the blood meal and just work it into the first couple inches of the soil? Can you use 1 with out the other or is it reccomended to use them together?
