I'm not Bonz, but I'll throw out some ideas.
A carbon filter, Ona gel, ozone generator, etc, etc.
I just use an odor sok. They work pretty well for how cheap they are and they don't restrict the air flow like a normal carbon filter. I vent directly outside with no problems. Well I guess the last 10 days or so isn't very good, but other than that.....

I am not Bonz either but I use a carbon filter and in emergencies I use ona gel and ona liquid. If you want to use an ozone generator keep it in a seperate area for instance treating your exhaust prior to going outside with ozone. Ozone when close to your plants causes ozone spots. Bad thing about ozone it has that distinct smell like if you ever smelled the air after a lightning storm.

What exactly are you trying to use then? Or what don't you want to use I suppose would be easier.
Carbon filters, store bought or homemade, Ona, and ozone are the standard odor eliminators. I don't really understand what you are asking if these items are not what you are looking for.

If you don't have any exhaust, how do you keep your temps down, fresh air coming in, etc? I can understand not wanting a giant carbon filter, but you still need exhaust.
Also, you can use the filters to "scrub" the air in the room instead of exhaust through them. Simply hang the carbon filter in your closet with your plants, and have an inline fan sucking air through it and just recirculating it in your room. This will kill the smell with out exhausting the air.
But like I said, for a successful grow, you will need intakes and exhaust.
