they are real quick to take ya money then jerk you all around and lock you out your own account I got ripped and I wont even attempt to get my money back after several e mails to them period . lowest quality customer service seed bank ive ever dealt with and they got zero for reputation and service they got all they are getting from me everyone beware of this seed bank

Sorry to hear that you're unsatisfied but we're certainly not in the habit of keeping funds from customers if there is no order or an issue with your order.

We operate a sophisticated help-desk and also offer live chat on site. There are several agents on the helpdesk at all times and we work hard to ensure that all issues are dealt with effectively. Can I recommend you jump on live chat and speak directly to an agent who will be able to help you resolve your issue.

I have PM you several times asking you what the issue was and how we can fix it and all you keep saying is your getting screwed. I can't help you when all you do is say I'm getting screwed. You said this was your first time ever using us. We have some very good service and we have certain aspects in use, such as verifying your billing address. I believe this is the main issue and we are trying to protect ourselves and you for any type of fraud.

Sup wazza, been following your posts since you and oil maker started the mars hydro led project, im from the tib myself lost city ;-) are u still using the leds mate and did you get repeated good results from them? i have 3x 720w 3w units and am just starting a project, strain GTH #1 (rare dankness), would appreciate any insight you have as its my first led season... Thanx man and great to see you still posting... you and oil maker were my inspiration for this project ^-^

hey mate...yep still using the same led (when I have seeds) i think ive done 8 or 9 grows now and had no issues with it at all, best advice I still think is to keep it simple and don't love your plants to death...oh and read up on how to scrog

there isnt a tracking number on the site when you log into the account? they email you with the password and email.

i cant talk on anyone but myself. All i have is positive experience with them, and herbies both did right by me.
When u are in any business there are always losses, i would have placed another order by now with someone else.

I'm not in business...im a hobbyist that just requires straight, accurate answers...I think ive been very patient considering how some people on these boards react... the last piece of BS I was told is that it was posted on the 17th of Feb only to be told a week later that it was posted on the 24th but who knows if that was true because they wont provide any proof

I mean shit does happen but with that said id be pissed too if my beans didnt come.
