Hey Guys - Thanks for the mostly positive validations in the thread. RamboAus - we seem to have upset you somehow. Perhaps you could send me a PM or raise a ticket by sending a mail to [email protected] outlining your issue and we'll see if we can do anything to help.

We would like to ask you all to remember to refrain from discussing specific shipping methods.

my status has now changed to "shipped" which is great...tracking # says n/a so hopefully thatll change aswell with time... i guess all 1st timers get anxious while they wait lol

Hey everyone, guess I'm bored and wanted to write something. I recently placed my first order with Bonza and I have to admit that I was a lil concerned at first too, I had ordered 2 strains, 4 seeds and hoped I wouldn't need the guarantee, screwed up,found another strain I wanted & ordered it paying double shipping and even thought two packages might draw extra attention... Well I never had an issue, so I don't know what they would have done worse case, if they would have honored the shipping package I chose, but I received both packages the same day about 12 days after order. I am now on day 24 of the grow and looking good. Also price didn't seem too far off other sites, given I only compared maybe 3 or 4, but I did like the fact I didn't have to buy a certain quantity which allowed me to choose multiple strains for my budget. I will def use Bonza again, as long as I don't encounter a wasted $ scenario as well. Hope everything works out for everyone. Damn, wrote too much...

RamboAus - I think what you're saying here is that you purchased a non-guaranteed shipping tariff and your purchase didn't make it through it to you. We then honoured the terms of the tariff you selected by offering you a 50% discount on a subsequent resend which you declined to take up. I'm not sure, then, why you believe we've done something wrong or cheated you in some way. We can't offer guaranteed shipping - resends, in other words - if you chose not to purchase the guarantee. This would not really be fair on those that buy the guarantee would it? I'm glad you've explained the scenario though because others can now see that we do indeed honour our shipping promises so thanks!

We'd love the opportunity to convince you however so if you contact me with your account details I'll be happy to offer you a $25 credit to your account for you to make another purchase with. We can't be any fairer than that. Look forward to hearing from you.

12 days since order was shipped and still no tracking number...have sent 2 tickets asking about it with no reply which is frustrating

Sorry to hear that, have you heard back yet? If not i'd shoot a pm to they guy in this thread as he obviously works for them.

I just ordered from bonzaseeds. fingers crossed I don't get fucked. always weary of seed banks but I need to start growing my own..

Ive noticed alot of foreign country's, what about the mid west united states.... what would you say your rate of secsessful delevery is and what shipping package is recomended that im sure to get my seeds and not the fuzz on my door step...??????

I just ordered a cpl days go and waiting for a tracking number. ill let you know if they make it green tape free.

Just placed a very small 5 seed order went with the bootleg. I've been getting random orders from overseas for over 10 years now. Hoping they treat this one like all the rest.
