Bottom leaves are turning yellow

Okay so my bottom two leaves are turning yellow is this a problem that should be fixed or is too late to fix? will this affect the rest of my plant in the long run?

just lack of light that far down. those lights would be doing far more good with a reflector of some kind, most of the light is just radiating off to the sides.

frmrboi is correct a reflector is a good idea

look at the side light.
