Bottom of Stem rotting?

I think the bottom of the stem on bubble grow is rotting.. I'm honestly not sure how though! Pretty sure it's collar rot.

I have 2 high powered airstones in each bucket producing a mass amount of bubbles. and the roots look great! But the sativa on the right has recently started leaning over. The lower part of the stem near the rockwool seems so brittle

I have had water levels high but on the bubble bucket the netpot is meant for that. Water levels have never been touching more than 10% of rockwool ( I am trying to maximize root potential all around the bucket other than just straight from the rockwool)

What can I do..? the plants have been extremely healthy until this point.

I think I have caught it early enough to maybe have a chance of saving it.. but I have no idea of a treatment and have been searching for awhile

They both have barely been touched and have had 900 ppm jungle juice for 3 days now.

Here's a few pics

Get the stem a bit higher. Rot is happening due to excess moisture and it seems like this place has way too much.

yes, thats rot. get the sprayers/misters/drippers a little farther from the base of the stem, try to reduce humidity levels, raise the heat, add some fungus/rot killer to the water. and check the roots, they should be bright white, chances are you got problems there too.

stay away from bleach, that idea scares me. fix it now, and prevent it from happening again, this is something you need to use harsh stuff to fix, and dont want to use that stuff during flowering

Yep, definitely black root rot.. :(

I cut off the few roots that looked affected and propped her up.. along with adding h202 to the res and wiping it on the affected wound. Nothing else to do now but wait.. and if things get worse she's getting the chop.

Would it be a bad idea to take clones from this plant? She was thriving before this incident.

take a few clones to also trim the plant back - less roots can support less leaves.Wash your bucket WITH BLEACH. Refill with some H2O2 along with your normal feeding. Change the feeding solution in a couple of days and wash the bucket with bleach again. Keep your area clean and your bucket temp below 25°C. Contaminants can cling pretty hard to the plastic. Bleach kills them and they could easily be removed. You might also wanna remove the plants, spray your cab with 5-10% bleach solution (while wearing some breathe protection), let completely dry, put plants again. When dealing with contaminants bleach and rubbing alcohol are your best friends. rubbing alcohol is expensive compared to bleach.
