ive been growing outside for about 21-27 days. under jersey sunlight. just curious about how much longer you think till it shows its gender or till flowering. i havent done much but provide it with pure water. i have it in organic soil feeds up to 9 months. do i need nutes??? heres pictures. what do you think?

you can force flower which it will show in about a week and can take up to 14 days thats changing the light cycle to 12/12 or you can wait for it to mature and it will show preflowers and tell you. in new jersey i would think the beginning of september it would start flowering outside.

and if you give it more nutes in the soil you'll probably burn it.
at the same time, you need some sort of bloom nutes during flowering. i'd transplant it and put it in somedifferent soil and feed as needed.

my outdoor plants usually show some sign of sex around 6-8 weeks. you will be looking for single calyxs or pollen pods not clusters like it would in full flower. as far as when it will start the flowering process. start to look as the days get shorter and the nights grow longer. i would add a top dressing of bat guano for a N boost and find yourself a good bloom nute for when it starts to flower:joint:

bro ur deff gonna wanna get some cfl's or some other typa lights so u can move ur plants inside and put them on 12/12. by the time ur plants get mature enough to flower by themselfs sept, maybe even oct, i think ull have to short of a flowering period before the temp drops up there and ur plants cant live let alone finish flowerin outside. and ur gonna be left wit pre budd maybe...
how told are they? id let them veg for another 2 weeks maybe and in the mean time get some 2700k cfl's and prepare a flowering room then move them inn there and in AS soon as 8 weeks u maybe be ready to harvest ( dependin on the plants and strain of course).
but thats juss a suggestion remember... im down in the south and i dunno wen u guys up there will get ur first cold fronts come inn...

:confused: to the op please disregard this post and keep your plants outside. bringing them inside to flower under tiny little cfls instead of the sun is plain asinine.:joint:

well i have no intention of bringing them inside. not to bust on anyones opinion. i would rather grow my buds under the sun if you dig that. whats a good flowering nute. and how can i force flower my plant???

FrankRuzzo is an idiot, why would you want to flower under cfl's when the days are starting to get shorter now.
dont worry dude july 20 is when night starts getting longer, and days are shorter, give it 1-2 weeks youll get preflowers. and in like 4 youll have some good budsites, also how long has this been growing. dont want to be mean but there small

yeah i have been researching alot. they are about 4 weeks old. if older. i feel that trying to force flower them would be pointless. its tall and gettign thick but my stems still are not strong enough to hold buds. i figured i would give it more time aswell. thannks for the info tho.
