ok! so i'm gonna flip to 12/12 in 2 days...

my plants have been in this FFOF/perlite/hydroton for 17 days now. FFOF is supposed to have enough nutes in the soil to last for up to 30 days with just water to wash the nutes across the roots.

what all do i need to do to prepare them for flowering. i was told to give an EXTREMELY LOW DOSAGE (1/8 solution) of both PB pro gro and PB pro bloom and extra light dose of cal/mag a couple days before flower to give them a jumpstart on the flower so it has the extra veg nutes in the soil to switch over correctly. i hope this is making sense cuz its very confusing to me and its what i was told to do by a looooong time pro.

also how do i know when my soil is running out of nutes? just look for yellowing and wut not? i'm really nervous as this is my first time using soil and wut not...

Person you talked to was right. Start with light bloom nutes while the plant stretches and uses left over veg nutes from the FFOF. After the stretch use straight bloom nutes, slowly upping the dosage.

Your doing great! you have gotten good advise. Just remember there is always an urge to give more nutrients but error on the light side and you will smile at harvast, error on the heavy side and you will cry.....

The soil will get deprived of a majority of its nutes after about 3 weeks, so wou will want to substitue some N until the stretch is over

how long am i looking at for the stretch? 2 weeks?

so do i need to give a light dosage of PBgro AND PBbloom??? this is all very frustrating.

they are showing a little bit of yellowing in the new growth, and there is some twisting going on, possibly lack of N and Mg?? so if i add low dosage of PBgro and Cal/Mag then that should solve it til after the stretch and then give them bloom??

+rep for the both of yas good ppls!
