So I believe in giving credit where it is due and this company is getting a shout out on here today. I ordered some of the cvault's this week and yesterday FedEx (gerrr) delivered them to the wrong address. I emailed boveda and literally within 5 minutes they emailed me back with an apology ( wasn't there fault) a confirmation email to verify my address and a receipt for replacement vault's. That's what I call top notch customer service.
