Box opinions

I've asked questions about a grow box before but I'm stll a little nervouse in this part. Is 4'x30"x16" enough for a CFL grow box for 2 plants? and I was going to make a 1"x2" frame and put its either 1/4" or 3/8" plywood around it. this is my cheapest option but I don't wany it to be crap.

Would this contain odor well if properly sealed?
Would this carry fan noise to much?

If I get some positive comments i'll start building it this afternoon seeing as how my babies are 5 days today.

I't would be nice to eventually have 2 on my dresser, 1for flower 1 for clones.

you cant complaeatly get rid of the smell but you can get things to 'mask it
and if you hang your fan put rubber around the hooks that will cut down the noise the fan makes.

thankx for the rubber tip, but yeah i know odor is gonna be a problem, but i live in an apartment by myself. as long as I can keep the smell contailed to 1 room i'll be happy, gonna use active carbon and maybe something else.

But my major concern id i guess size and building out of this wood.
