There was a period of time when fighters facing Tyson were defeated as soon as they entered the ring before the bell,as the image of a in his prime ferocious Mike Tyson glared from the opposite corner,eg Michael Spinks,look at his face prior to the bout,defeated before one punch being thrown.

Agreed. I watched the Gypsy King documentary and only have more respect for the guy.

I also neglected to include the Ali/Frazier trilogy,the fact that a Joe Frazier who I think was generously listed a 5'10 could give away so much reach as a heavyweight and be effective is amazing,bob and weave, parry opponents jabs downward then get inside to deliver vicious left hooks to the body and head,the prototypical Philly fighter,heart and courage in spades,IMO shameful for Ali to diss him so much,uncle tom,gorilla etc,very hurtful to Frazier for years.And speaking of Philly,who cannot include Bernard Hopkins a very savvy,always in shape fighter who had a incredibly long and successful career.

How do you think it's going to play out?

IMO I think it's a pretty 50/50 fight. Haney has all the advantages physically, but Loma is better skill wise.
It'll come down to if Haney is just to big for Loma. If he can get Haney's respect, he wins.
Or loses, excited to find out on Saturday

Tyson, " Iron Mike " was a blast to watch. Whe I was in college , no boxing matches could ever to some of Ali's, especially when fighting " Smokin Joe Fraser " ! Those fights were f'ing brutal ! Marvin Hagler , Sugar Ray etc. People seemed to be pretty caught up in MMA ( " no holds barred ). I've always preferred real boxing . I have seen some phenomenal MMA movies like " Warrior " starring To Hardy....fantastic!

Inoue is built different, the sky is the limit for that guy.
I want Spence to win just because, but I think Crawford is capable of disciplining him and picking up on the subtle things nobody else has been able to capitalize on.

Agree, with Inoue. The guy is the total package.
50/50 for me on the this next fight. I think Spence has been winning because of his size and athleticism. But what happens if someone is close to his size and athleticism but has a higher ring IQ?
We shall see.
