Brand new at growing! Need help with plant problem!

So I'm brand new at growing and I'm starting in a small grow cabinet, growing two plants just for personal use. Strain is Northern Lights Auto and I'm running 4 CFL's (2 55W 5000K, 2 23W 6500 L), they're in the seedling stage right now and I've been given them reverse osmosis water and no nutes. My grow medium is a soilless mixture of peat moss, vermiculite and perlite. The only thing I'm guessing from the pictures is overwatering or the lights are too close. I let both plants dry out before watering them today and have raised the lights up a little. A second opinion would be great as I am new to growing and just trying to learn as I go along. In the photo that shows the lights, I had moved the lights up some, before they were an inch or an 1 1/2 inch further down. Any feedback and help would be greatly appreciated :joint::joint::joint:

I would think you don't need 4 lights for 2 little plants. Overkill at the moment there are tons of info here and elsewhere. Read up. In the meantime concentrate on not heating them up with your soilless medium ,I would say that there is not much there to hold in moisture, with your soilless medium. so keep them moist and with 2 lights the 5000 k or the 65000 k will do fine use 6500 3-4 in. above the seedlings .For vegging and during flower 30000k or there-abouts. Generally nutes are not needed until few weeks in soil medium. but u cold give them a very watered down mix of nitrogen since they wont get much in the soilless mix. Hope this helps You

Looks like they are overwatered to me. I grow in soil though not soilless. How old are they? Do you know the temps? The light distance looks ok for seedlings that small. Its possible they are getting hungry, no nutes in your medium at all... when you do feed use a very dilute amount like 1/10.
