I live in the Uk and i work at the english version of walmart (ASDA) and it's no where near as good. +rep ther u go lol.

yeah you can use mylar or just like white printer paper. i would just use CFL's they are cheap and very effective.

printer paper dosent work as well if thats the case get a small can of flat white paint
