Some people are just lucky
well... luck and who I knew..

Buddy of mine and I were in a car (age 19) sitting at a park talking trying to decide what to do. We were drinking beer and as soon as I tipped mine back to take a swig 2 headlights popped up and within seconds a police officer was asking us to get outta the car..

The buddy I was with was the son of a local former police officer, he knew my buddy and his folks told us to toss the beer and get outta here.. He did tell his mom.. this was worse then jail time as I lived with him and his folks.. it's one thing to disappoint your folks.. but when your a guest and you disappoint their folks and get yelled at by them kinda makes ya not want to do bad stuff.. lol

i won't even talk about some of the illegal things i've done with friends, no way in hell i'm putting them up on here.. :D

but the smaller things, driving on the revoked, no insurance, no registration, diu, which i beat, failure to maintain a lane, leaving the scene of an accident, careless driving, reckless, passing a school bus, failure to stop at stop sign, twice, and a couple of possession of cds charges.
i think that about wraps it up for me..

Overtaking a schoolbus is against the law in the states? WTF!? I know you guys have some fucked up laws but come on! First jaywalking, gtfo! now overtaking a school bus? Almost makes me glad i'm deemed persona non grata by your border agents!

at the time i started to pass it tip top, they only had their blinkers on atm, and there was a road on the right i thought he was going to turn on.. don't you know the second i started to go around the thing, he suddenly puts out the big stop sign thingy and the flashing lights came on.. i was screwed and think i was setup, lol... 5 friggin points on your record for passing a bus btw..

Yes. If a school bus has it's stop sign on and lights blinking you have to stop and wait for it. If you break this law and they catch you, it's an automatic suspension and mad fines I'm pretty sure.

Edit: I guess Racerboy would know better beings he's an asshole that passes school buses. :-P

ive done lots, mostly jwalking though ;)
Bad to the bone.

I've been hit with a paraphernalia charge at 16. Had to pay a $250 fine and had to do some hours of community service. For a motherfucking pipe!!

Other than that, never been in trouble with the law. Not even a speeding ticket when I'm hauling ass. Once I passed a red light because I hesitated at the yellow light but went anyways. A cop put on his lights and sped up right behind the rear of my car. But he turned them off and let me go.

Locked up for life regardless of crime? I don't think the law works like that.. :/

.
3 STRIKES For Habitual Offenders , It is a federal law shared in all states ... I was a habitual violent offender , hence being told life sentencing with one more strike . I changed my ways then and gave up the violence and city life ..
