I am on the fence here
They are lots of folks who think the right seed or soil or nutrients or some fancy light dictates the quantity or quality the can expect
Seeds these same “growers “ think breeder times and yields are gospel when in reality it’s just hype to sell seeds
The problem comes when someone runs one grow and it comes out well and becomes the benchmark for all other efforts
If you don’t have dedicated cooling/heating humidity control
In addition to pest control your previous success just could be you caught the right conditions and if you can’t duplicate it all you could end up blaming the breeder
Seed hawkers just want to sell seeds and seed buyers want bargains , freebies and weed better than everyone else
I know people who only grow in the winter and others who only grow in the summer because of their conditions
So when I hear someone say I had four grows but nothing but problems since
If you don’t have the right setup for all variables your just throwing it against the wall and hoping
The weather is constantly changing and given the right conditions you don’t have to worry about it
So yeah some issues are chucker related but I think even more are the growers who see somebody on you tube cranking out dank and expecting to do the same cause they bought the same light and nutrients
I’ve said it before I could hand out three identical clones and none of them will look like mine at harvest
Just to many variables and then there is always the unscrupulous seed buyer who orders and then after five emails in four days cancels his card and keeps the gear when it arrives or demands the seller to replace the seeds and keeps both sets
All those things force breeders the charge more but it’s seedy business on both ends
