the reason, imo, why most breeders won't sell direct to the us is because if they were to get busted, they'd be facing more charges, and not just the importation of cannabis seeds into the us.. if the feds or who ever went after them, i'm sure they'd also love to tack on some cultivation charges, which is way worse of a crime then importation of beans.. so the risk vs reward simply isn't worth it to breeders to sell directly to customers in the us..
also, in some countries, like spain the uk, it's legal to possess seeds, so long as you don't try to germinate them.. this is why banks like the attitude won't discuss any germination issues with beans purchased from them.. once you admit to attempting to germ beans you've bought from them, you admit to breaking your countries laws, and if they reply, well, that'd make them complicate in the act, a big no no..
so in essence, most breeders will just use a middle man, such as the tude, to do the dirty work for them.. all for a pretty hefty price of course.. but it's worth it, especially if the breeders are based out of say the us of a themselves.. you use a middle man who is technically allowed to possess seeds to sell them for you.. it's kind of a safe guard..
