what are some breeders with expertise or specialties in differents aspects like
sativa
indica
auto
a flavor or color

but something that that seed company has excelled at and proven their skills. example: blank seed company speacializes in mold resistant strains. they have proven their strains in the most humid environments again and again.

well it may not be fun but might be more useful to answer questions like " what sativas should I grow?". "o well if ur going sativa go with blank or blank cause they speacialize in sativas."

Well, Mdanzig, the Joint Doctor and Lowryder are all auto breeders.

For sativas, a guy named Charlie works with Ace Seeds and Cannabiogen. Those are your go to Sativa breeders if you want something commercially bred that is legit. They do some Indica hybrids, but their Thai and Haze lines are unmatched.

As far as Indicas, I have always thought the Canadian breeders held that down pretty good because of the climate they live in.

Quick finishing indicas go with the red maple leaf country breeders. Their climate generally makes them have to use quick finishers.

Actually, there are bunch of "specialty" breeders ("ceed sellers" may be the preferred term in some cases here).

Its not necessarily that the breeding is any different, just that they concentrate in certain areas. Here are a few off the top of my head:

-As mentioned, LowRyder, and Joint Dr are known for autos. So is a European breeder named Stitch. He's bred out all the "Short stuff" and I think "Flash" strains. MDanzig is another one known for autos.

-Shanti from Mr Nice seeds is known for his modern renditions of old-school hybrids from the early 90s (Skunk, Widow, etc). So would Sensi s-eeds, I guess.

-Swerve from Cali Connection puts out mostly West-Coast "Kush" lines in various permutations in ceed form. There are a few others who specialize (with various degrees of success) in bringing out "clone only" lines in ceed form.

-Reserva Privada is an offshoot of DNA genetics (same owners), and its supposed to be genetics from small American underground breeders.

-DeSjamaan has a lot of Widow hybrids.

There are a few breeders who concentrate on Asian and/or African landraces.

Etc.
