Breeding question.

Hey all, just did my first grow. Ended up with a sausage fest in my closet. Anyways I really want to keep the pineapple express that I grew because he is a nice short plant and has a very amazing smell and breed it with this gorrila glue x Bubba kush Clone I'm picking up. From my understanding i am able to trim a seed pod off and pollinate a female flower by hand? How do I keep seed pods from self exploding? Revert back to veg?

I actually just read up on this topic. It's simple...
1. Wait till male develops pollen sac
2.place baggie (clear bag bread comes in works good) over branch with pollen sac and loosely twist tie the end closed around the branch.
3. once pollen sac opens the pollen will be in the bag. remove the bag and use a wet paintbrush to transfer the pollen to the female pistils "hairs" or just place the bag over a female branch and shake it around to transfer the pollen.
4. let nature do it's thing and the female should produce mature seeds in a matter of a few weeks (up to 4). The seeds will fall off the plant so if you aren't checking up on it, place a baggie around the bud just like you did with the male and the seeds.

If you're breeding different strains and making a hybrid, expect a mixture of resulting seeds. Some will be like mom, some will be like dad, some will be a mix of both mom and dad. (from what I've read, no personal experience).
